WeCAN Coat Drive

Join MUUSJA and WUUSAN (Minnesota and Wisconsin's state action networks) for a regional interfaith UU the Vote gathering in Duluth on Saturday, October 3, 2026 9:30am to  5:30pm. Across faith traditions, we are increasingly called to respond to authoritarian violence, community harm, and democratic crisis with care, coordination, imagination, and action.

Lake Fellowship RE program is hosting a Family Time every 3rd Sunday of the month. It will be from 10:00 to 10:30 at which point adults will head upstairs for the Adult Program. This is an opportunity for families to connect and ask questions and for children to play and explore the space. Light refreshments will be provided. As always, families are welcome every Sunday!

Dear LFUU Members, Friends, and People Checking Us Out,

Our 2026-27 program year begins on Sunday! Although I saw most of you over the summer at our Annual Picnic, Canoe Trip, Book Club, and auction events, I’m looking forward to gathering with everyone to begin again at our beloved A-Frame in the woods. I do like the idea that coming back to the A-Frame is beginning again. It’s an opportunity to renew our commitment to this community, our UU principles and values, and to ourselves and the reasons we chose LFUU. (FYI: Beginnings is our theme for this month.)

Soup Sunday

Soup Sunday is held the 1st Sunday of each month.  Read more about Soup Sundays. This year we will start on October 4th this year, because the Wendt’s who usually provide the soup the first day we meet in Sept. will be out of town.

I need your help with a couple of things, can someone volunteer to sign up for Oct. 4th Soup Sunday?

On the first Sunday of each month, Lake Fellowship hosts a special event called Soup Sunday. It's part lunch, part fundraiser, and all heart. Read the FAQs below to learn more and get involved.

What is Soup Sunday?

Clay Atkinson and his wife Ann Packard were very involved, beloved members of Lake Fellowship in the ‘80s, '90s, and early 2000s until they moved to Maine. Many of us have remained in touch and will miss him.

Clay's Celebration of Life will be in Portland, ME, Sunday, June 21, 2026, at 2pm EST and on Zoom. There will be a photo slide show before and after.

The following statement was issued on June 5th by the Unitarian Universalist Association.

Our spring auction was held on April 25th, 2026. The theme was Earth day!  Lake Fellowship was decorated with this theme. This event had both a silent and live auction, and all winners had to be present to win (not a virtual event, this time).  We focused on donations from friends and members of Lake Fellowship, and everyone was welcome to attend and bid on items.
