WeCAN Shoe Drive Begins June 9
WeCAN is hosting a Shoe Collection Drive from June 9 through July 17. New and gently used shoes of all types and sizes will be gratefully accepted at the WeCAN office, 5213 Shoreline Drive in Mound. WeCAN is partnering with The Shoe Bus to provide shoes for students at our Ready-to-Learn event later this summer. For more information, call WeCAN at 952-472-0742.
Ladies' Golf Tourney set for July 12
The 8th Annual Timber Creek Women’s Golf Tournament will be held on Saturday, July 12, at Timber Creek Golf Club in Watertown. This public event is open to women of all ages and skill levels and is a fundraiser benefiting WeCAN. We are still looking for golfers, sponsors, and auction item donations! Read more on our website.
We Love a Parade!
WeCAN is looking for some volunteers to join us in walking at the Spirit of the Lakes Festival Parade on Saturday, July 19, at 10 a.m. We will be driving our Mobile Market van while walkers hand out treats and goodies along the way.
