Annual Meeting of Members and Friends - 2026

Our Annual Meeting is this Sunday, May 3 at 10:30 a.m. This is in lieu of a regular program. We will start promptly and it will last about 2-1/2 hours. Please attend, in person or over Zoom, so we meet our needed quorum to conduct business and you stay informed. (Friends are encouraged to attend and participate but can’t vote.)

Included below is the agenda and supporting documents. Please read them carefully, because there won’t be time to at the meeting. However, there will be time to ask questions and share concerns. If you want a hard copy to refer to during the meeting, please bring your own if you can; we will have some hard copies for those who can’t.

If you are a Committee Chair or Role Volunteer, please be prepared to briefly share highlights of your efforts over the past year and if you and other committee members, if any, plan to stay on the coming year.
