Description

Join Lake Fellowship at a Hands Off! rally this weekend to defend democracy & workers' rights!

The time to act is now! On Saturday, April 5th, we’re joining a nationwide mobilization to stand for democracy, workers’ rights, and justice. Hands Off! partners include UU organizations such as Side with Love and UUSJ.

đź“Ť Where: Tom Emmer's Office, 1107 Hazeltine Blvd, Suite 476, Chaska, MN
📅 When: Noon–2 PM
🎨 Meet at Lake Fellowship at 11 AM to make signs (please bring supplies) and arrange carpools.

Join Lake Fellowship as we make our voices heard! This is a powerful opportunity to reject policies that undermine dignity and justice—values at the heart of Unitarian Universalism. This mass mobilization day is our message to the world that we do not consent to the destruction of our government and our economy.

A core principle of Hands Off! is a commitment to nonviolent action. Let’s show up in love and solidarity!

Sign Making Ideas

Go simple or go wild! Use cardboard, posterboard, or old yard signs. Paint over or cover up existing markings for a clean slate. Write your message using markers, poster paint, or stencils. Draw or tape on images. Identify yourself as a UU by adding a chalice symbol or the letters UU. Lift up messages about what you value for our neighbors, our communities, and our planet.
