WeCAN is hosting its annual Winter Coat Drive on November 5th—Election Day—and they're looking for a few more volunteers to join the effort. If you have some time to spare and want to give back to your community, this is a great opportunity!
What’s Involved?
There are several ways you can help out, depending on your interests and availability:
- Sorting and sizing donations – Organize the coats, jackets, and winter gear that have been donated to ensure everything is in good condition and ready for distribution.
- Assisting at the distribution event – Help out at the event where community members can come and pick up coats for themselves or their families.
- Other support roles – There are additional tasks to help the event run smoothly, so there’s a role for everyone!
