COVID-19 Update

Like many Unitarian congregations, Lake Fellowship UU has suspended face-to-face programming until further notice and the building itself is closed. There will not be programs, activities or rental of our building for the foreseeable future. We will announce updates and changes to this plan as they become available. Lake Fellowship UU will continue meeting virtually.

Stay safe and keep in touch with one another.

Hi, this is Karen, the new Executive Director of MUUSJA, the state action network for social justice across Minnesota and the Dakotas. I had been planning to come say hello, visit, listen, and reach out to meet folks at Lake Fellowship who are interested in the UU Climate Justice Circle, the #UUtheVOTE initiative, PRIDE fests, and the Racial Justice Summit that is planned for Fall 2020... Of course, all those plans are mightily upset at the moment but I'd still love to chat and find out how you all are doing, what your interests and needs are in the time of COVID-19. I am sending out an email tonight, that will be posted on the muusja.org "UPDATES" section, listing all the online services that are happening across Minnesota -- and if it would be helpful to link into any of the upcoming Guest Speaker talks that you have scheduled, using the MUUSJA Zoom feed, I would be very happy to help facilitate that so that congregants who are staying home could still hear the speakers. My direct cell phone is quicker than the Google Voice phone listed on the website -- feel free to call, at 612-270-6559 or email kwmuusja@gmail.com -- I look forward to virtually meeting you!! Best regards, Karen
