A New Flag for MN? A Wonder-full idea.

Think flags are boring? Attend this program and see if Marnie can change your mind. 

To kick off December's theme of Wonder, this program will explore the wonder of vexillology, the study of flags. Lake Fellowship member Marnie Karger will share a fascinating video presentation about flag design, and then lead us through the brief and troubled history of the Minnesota State Flag, all the way up to the present battle to create a better fitting and better looking state flag. At the end, we'll discuss how studying and wondering about flag design (and use, and laws, and histories, etc.) can help us promote more wonder in our daily lives.
