Do you ever feel like you are stuck on a treadmill without an off switch?  Do your days often feel like a blur?  Are you trying hard just to keep up with the avalanche of activities before you?  Is it difficult to separate your work from the rest of your life?  Meditation is a means to quiet the mind, increase awareness, reduce stress, and cultivate positive qualities, such as kindness, empathy, and compassion.

Fellowship members Peggy Muehlberg and Janice Leafer will explore the concepts behind and the benefits of a meditation practice.  They will discuss various types of meditation (mindfulness, no mind, seed thought, Chakra, Tonglen, etc.).  Learn to tap into the power of the here and now.  In the present moment, the whole world sparkles with beauty.
