Guest Speaker: Frank Sachs on the 2020 Census

Frank Sachs is a retired twin cities educator who taught in both public and private schools, the past 37 years at Blake School where he is Faculty Emeritus.  Since November Frank has been representing the Minnesota State Demographers office as a speaker on behalf of the 2020 Minnesota Census.  Frank will tell us how it works, why it is important (decides how many congressional representatives we will have, what the redistricting will be based upon, and how Federal funds will be allocated – it is important) and how each of us might help to ensure that we get all that is coming to us.
