Guest speaker Roderick MacIver will share a variety of perspectives on the mystery of our interior world, and of the universe. He’ll explore perspectives by Emerson, Einstein, Thomas Berry, and physicist Martin Rees (author of Just Six Numbers). He will be Zooming in to us from somewhere that has internet service as he spends the winter traveling throughout the south with his dog Ada, interviewing interesting creative outsiders.
Rod has fought forest fires in northern Canada, worked on Wall Street, and published on his website Heron Dance for over twenty years. Heron Dance combines art and words in the exploration of the beauty and mystery of the natural world, and of life. It publishes the free e-newsletters A Pause For Beauty four or five times a week, and Creativity As A Way Of Life once or twice a week.
