David Schultz is a Professor at Hamline University in the Department of Political Science.  David is a regular on WCCO and KARE local news called as an expert in many political topics.  He is the Editor of Journal of Public Affairs Education (JPAE) and his latest book is entitled, Presidential Swing States:  Why Only Ten Matter.
