Join Heather Boeser for a gentle introduction to the labyrinth as a walking meditation and contemplative practice. Together, we will explore the history and symbolism of the labyrinth and how it can offer a space for mindfulness, reflection, grief, and personal renewal. Participants will be invited to experience the labyrinth as a way to slow down, connect with themselves, and find moments of peace amid life's transitions. This welcoming practice is open to people of all spiritual traditions and beliefs. No prior experience is necessary.
