Lake Fellowship warmly welcomes Beau Kraus to share a program that showcases her skills with singing bowls.
About the program: Can sound do more than inspire hope? Discover and perhaps experience how the vibrations around us and within us can support heart health, harmonize energy, and awaken a sense of inner balance. We’ll explore briefly what information science and studies have shown. From the range of human frequencies and the connection between heart and brain waves to Schumann resonance, Solfeggio tones, and the healing tones of crystal bowls. This session is both informational and experiential, culminating in a deeply relaxing sound bowl bath where you can feel, breathe, and embody the transformative power of sound.
About Beau: B. Beau Kraus founded BK Healing Arts in 2015, offering a blend of ancient wisdom traditions and modern therapeutic modalities to support balance and realignment in body and soul.
Born and raised in Germany, her path into preventative and self-healing practices began through the studies and applications of Yoga philosophy, Qigong and meditation —first as a student, then as a teacher.
These practices opened a deeper curiosity about how our internal states shape the way we experience the external world, and how deeper awareness of our thoughts can open the doorway to consciousness and authentic self-realization.
Over time, this led her into metaphysics, universal teachings, and a growing awareness of the connection between nature, the subtle body, and all living systems.
Beau holds a variety of certifications including Medical Qigong, NLP Therapeutic Coaching, Reiki Mastery, and Sound Healing facilitation. For more than twenty years, she has walked and incorporated a path of personal inquiry, self-realization and change in life style. Her work focuses on intuitively guiding and supporting individuals, couples, and groups to recognize energetic blockages, restore coherence, and create ideas and tailored solution how to live a balanced rhythm in daily life through energetic practices.
Outside of her healing work, she enjoys exploring new experiences, creating innovative and progressive ideas within communities, spending time immersed in nature, hiking, slowing down to breathe and daydream in the cosmos, generating art and intentionally shaping - living everyday life as a humble, beautiful and magical gift.
Music remains one of her deepest companions—working with sound and frequency, both felt and played, brings her joy and continually enhances the quiet magic of being alive.
Please note:
+ If you can, please attend in person. We will try to broadcast this program via Zoom, but the sound of the singing bowls may not come through well if at all, and that may take up a significant portion of this program. We've had difficulty in the past with sharing musical performances via Zoom, and we're not sure if the sounds from singing bowls will come through or not.
+ If you are sensitive to loud, resonant sounds, you may consider bringing ear plugs or some other accessory to dampen the sounds produced by crystal singing bowls. A sound bath is most often a peaceful, calming experience, but can be, at times, quite stimulating or even uncomfortable for some.
