Most of us are waiting for conditions to improve before we can relax. We hope things settle down after the project launches or after the kids are grown. This retreat offers a different approach, drawn from yoga’s oldest instruction to be steady (sthira) and at ease (sukha) at the same time.
Goodwill Within: Yoga Retreat
A day of practice devoted to goodwill, also called loving-kindness. Goodwill is the wish that you and the people around you be well. It isn’t a feeling you have to force. It’s a practice, and like any practice, it can be learned. The day includes gentle yoga, yoga nidra, open conversations, and a shared potluck lunch. You’re always free to adapt or skip any part of the practice. Goodwill doesn’t require forcing anything.
