Once again Jo Hermann has graciously opened her beautiful home on Christmas Lake for our Lake Fellowship annual summer extravaganza!
As in past years, there will be plenty of activities: volleyball (land or lake), bocce ball, ping pong, water-skiing, board games, visiting, resting, paddle-boarding, eating, etc...
Plan to arrive anytime after 11am; we'll start the buffet at about noon. Please bring a dish to share and your own beverages (coffee and orange juice will be provided).
NEW LOCATION: In past years we’ve canoed out of Wild River State Park. They do not have canoe rentals this year. Instead, we’ll be renting from Eric’s Canoe Rentals, who we’ve used at Wild River, at their St. Croix Falls location. We park there, they shuttle us to the landing in WI Interstate Park and we paddle to Osceola, where they pick us up and shuttle us back to St. Croix Falls. You won’t have to pay park entrance fees.
Our kick-off Homecoming event includes unveiling of our new sign, picnic, self-guided tours of our building and grounds, and bonfire. Dress: Casual
5pm – Mingling and drinks
6pm – Unveiling of sign, eating, music and bonfire
