Soup Sunday
Soup Sunday is held the 1st Sunday of each month. Read more about Soup Sundays. This year we will start on October 4th this year, because the Wendt’s who usually provide the soup the first day we meet in Sept. will be out of town.
I need your help with a couple of things, can someone volunteer to sign up for Oct. 4th Soup Sunday?
I will send out the entire year's schedule of first Sundays in 2 wks for all to sign up. Speaking of signing up, can someone volunteer to make a sign up sheet and post it at Lake Fellowship on Sept. 13th?

Neighborhood Food Project
The Neighborhood Food Project (NFP) will also start on October 4th this year.
Please bring groceries/items to Lake Fellowship. We have a few “Green/orange Bags” at the A-frame, so feel free to bring your donations in your own bag(s) from home and fill up a bag at Lake Fellowship. WeCAN also takes checks if you want to make a cash donation, which they use to buy perishables.
I need someone to volunteer to drive the food we collect to WeCAN on the Monday after our Sunday food drive collection. please contact me, Tim Wendt, if you are able to do this.
