Yoga

You are invited to join us for yoga at Lake Fellowship.  Lucy Rehm, a certified yoga instructor, will lead us through the poses.  The environment is supportive and non-threatening.  The cost is $10 and Lucy will take cash or check.  Bring a yoga mat if you have one.  Feel free to bring a friend.
