Our Sangha meditation group meets each Sunday from 9:30 to 10:15 am at the Fellowship for stretching, check-in, and 20-30 minutes of meditation. We focus on breathing and quieting our busy minds. You can sit on the floor, stand, walk, sit in a chair, or any combination of these.
You'll find our group to be positive, supportive, friendly, and understanding as we all journey through life.
