Lake Fellowship is hosting a Braver Angels workshop on Saturday October 28th from 1-4PM. The event is free and open to the public. To ensure we print the right amount of materials, and can plan the A-frame space for the right number of attendees, it’s important to register for the event if you plan to attend. Braver Angels is a national organization that seeks to bring people together to bridge the partisan divide in our country. This workshop is designed to foster skills that help lessen the effects of polarization in political conversations. It will teach participants to look within and develop strategies for engaging in politics without demonizing, dismissing or stereotyping large swaths of the population.
