Meditation at Lake Fellowship
October 29, 2025The first four sessions for our Tuesday meditation group were well-attended and meaningful. Only one more session remains, and newcomers are welcome! We’ll continue exploring simple meditation practices in a calm, supportive space. If you’ve already signed up, there’s no need to register again. If you’d like to join us on Tuesday (Nov. 18), please register so we know how many to expect.
New Tuesday Meditation Group at Lake Fellowship
October 8, 2025A new 5-week meditation group will meet Tuesday evenings at Lake Fellowship beginning October 21 (6:30–8:00 p.m.). Each week offers a quiet space to pause, reconnect, and explore a different meditation technique through guided practice, silence, and gentle reflection. Led by Matthew Tift, a Kripalu Yoga teacher with training in mindfulness and meditation, the group welcomes everyone. No experience or beliefs required. The group is free, but please register ahead of time so we know how many to expect.
