Guest Speaker: Bruce MacKenzie from Better Angels

Today, we welcome Bruce MacKenzie from Better Angels. Bruce, a member of Better Angels,  will be speaking about the polarization we are experiencing in our country, its causes, the concerns it creates,  and some steps we can take to be part of a solution. Better Angels is a non-profit, bipartisan organization that is working to address polarization in the U.S. Through its workshops, Better Angels provides constructive approaches that teaching skills that promote understanding, allow us to hear the values and experiences that inform our political philosophies, and recognize our common humanity. Instead of asking people to change their minds about issues, Better Angels helps people seek common ground, ways to work together, and supports principles that bring us together rather than divide us.
