Like many Unitarian congregations, Lake Fellowship UU has suspended face-to-face programming until further notice and the building itself is closed. There will not be programs, activities or rental of our building for the foreseeable future. We will announce updates and changes to this plan as they become available. Lake Fellowship UU will continue meeting virtually.

With the election only weeks away (Tuesday, November 6th), we need to get the word out to everyone we know about why we oppose the proposed marriage amendment. But conversations about this issue can be awkward, uncomfortable, and sometimed counterproductive.

Ralph Wyman, Director/Organizer of the Minnesota Unitarian Universalist Social Justice Alliance (MUUSJA), will be speaking with us today to offer tips and techniques for having civil and productive conversations with our friends, families, and neighbors regarding the upcoming marriage amendment proposal.
