Madison Quakers

The American war in Vietnam ended 38 years ago. For more than 20 of those years Madison Quakers, Inc. has been funding and facilitating humanitarian projects in Quang Ngai province. These projects include micro-credit programs in sixteen villages, including My Lai, which have provided more than 3,000 loans to poor women to start small businesses. Other projects include four primary schools for the children of My Lai, scholarships for these children, wells for water in ethnic villages, the My Lai Peace Park, Compassion Houses for extremely destitute villagers, the Art Penpals project and more.
