Book: Hominids, by Robert J. Sawyer

The Lake Fellowship Book Club will be discussing this book tonight. Bring some suggestions for further books if you have some ideas on some that there are enough for us to check out through a library.

Book to read and discuss: Louise Penny’s first Inspector Gamache book, Still Life

Location: Les and Beatriz's home

Time: Potluck will begin at 6 p.m; book discussion to follw at 7, wrapping up around 9.

Notes: We will bring suggestions for our next round of books and vote on which ones to read next.  We are open to getting more members, just let us know if you are joining us.

An inspirational but personal look into the trials and tribulations of historical women who helped shape our nation into what it has become exhibits the many facets of their lives and how they supported some of the founders of our country, profiling such key figures as Abigail Adams, Eliza Pinkney, Dolley Payne Madison, Deborah Read Franklin, and Catherine Littlefield Greene.
